Paula’s Weekly Message: The WIN honors Nelson Mandela

“Difficulties break some men but make others. No axe is sharp enough to cut the soul of a sinner who keeps on trying, one armed with the hope that he will rise even in the end.”

At the passing of Nelson Mandela, The WIN wants to recognize his greatness and his magnificent example of the power of love.

South Africa’s first black president spent nearly a third of his life as a prisoner of apartheid, yet he sought to WIN over its defeated guardians in a peaceful transition of power that inspired the world.

Passing Thursday at the age of 95, Nelson Mandela was, indeed, a global symbol of sacrifice and reconciliation in a world often jarred by conflict and division.

The WIN Team honors Mandela and esteems his memory and the wonderful work he did during his “turn” on earth. Let us all remember to strive to make a difference with the precious time we are given.

May your day be filled with WINS (and may you be the one to make it that way for yourself and others)!
